- Identify and evaluate potential properties for sale or lease
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers/tenants
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms for clients
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and regulatory changes
- Market properties through various channels including online listings, social media, and networking
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for property transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying/selling/leasing process
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of real estate principles and practices
- Proficiency in using digital tools and online platforms
