Tanggung Jawab
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Selangor
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers
- Market properties through various channels including online platforms and social media
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements
- Prepare and negotiate contracts to ensure successful transactions
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the property transaction process
Kualifikasi
- Sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital marketing platforms
- Valid real estate agent license (or willingness to obtain one)
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
