Tanggung Jawab

  • Market and promote new property projects and exclusive new launches to potential buyers.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, including property viewings and client consultations.
  • Negotiate terms and bridge communication between buyers, developers, and legal representatives.
  • Conduct professional market analysis to provide clients with insightful investment advice.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and follow up on incoming leads effectively.
  • Prepare sales documentation, booking forms, and necessary contractual paperwork.
  • Attend sales briefings and workshops to stay updated on project features and market trends.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related property-focused role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation for property viewings.
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin (to communicate with a diverse client base).
  • Familiarity with the Selangor property market and current regulatory requirements.
