TPS Shared Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Property and Facility Assistant to join our dynamic team in Greenhills, Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities, supporting our core business functions and providing a safe, functional space for our employees.
We are looking for a proactive professional who can manage facility-related tasks, coordinate with vendors, and ensure our property remains in top condition. If you have a strong eye for detail and excellent organizational skills, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the company property and facilities to ensure a safe working environment.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and maintenance personnel for repairs and services.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage facility inventories, including office supplies, equipment, and maintenance tools, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
- Assist in space planning and office organization to optimize workflow and employee productivity.
- Handle utility bill management and ensure timely payments for electricity, water, and internet services.
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries and requests regarding facility-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and vendor contracts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in property management, facility administration, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, basic maintenance procedures, and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite and facility management software (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.
