Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Property & Procurement Manager in overseeing daily operations and workflow coordination
  • Ensure compliance with cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness standards across all properties
  • Manage procurement processes including vendor sourcing, quotations, and purchase order processing
  • Maintain accurate property records, inventory logs, and procurement documentation
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely property upkeep and issue resolution
  • Prepare regular reports on property conditions, procurement status, and operational metrics
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to quality standards

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or property administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory management software
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
