Join BB International Leisure and Resort Development Corporation as a Property and Procurement Clerk II and become an integral part of our resort development operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Property & Procurement Manager in overseeing daily operations and workflow coordination
- Ensure compliance with cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness standards across all properties
- Manage procurement processes including vendor sourcing, quotations, and purchase order processing
- Maintain accurate property records, inventory logs, and procurement documentation
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely property upkeep and issue resolution
- Prepare regular reports on property conditions, procurement status, and operational metrics
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or property administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory management software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and team coordination
- Knowledge of procurement processes, property maintenance standards, and safety protocols
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced resort environment
