Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property/casualty insurance brokerage
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and SME market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze complex risks and develop appropriate coverage solutions
- Proficiency with insurance management software and CRM systems
