Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor, issue, and safeguard all construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using digital or manual systems
- Conduct regular physical counts of assets to ensure records match actual stock
- Implement inventory control procedures to prevent loss, theft, or damage
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure materials are available when needed
- Inspect equipment for damage or wear and arrange for repairs or replacements
- Maintain secure storage areas and implement proper safety protocols
- Generate reports on inventory status, asset utilization, and discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management is a plus
- Previous experience in construction materials management or asset tracking
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software or willingness to learn
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and equipment
