Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end credit administration process for property development loans and financing.
- Analyze credit applications and financial statements to assess risk and approve credit limits.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders to facilitate loan approvals.
- Monitor and manage credit exposure to ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate credit reports, dossiers, and documentation.
- Conduct regular reviews of debtor accounts and recommend credit adjustments when necessary.
- Manage the team's workflow to ensure timely processing of all credit-related requests.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in credit administration, specifically within the Real Estate or Property Development industry.
- Strong understanding of banking procedures, loan processing, and financial risk assessment.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and credit management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with banks and clients.
- Leadership potential and the ability to mentor junior staff members.
