We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Engineer to join our team in Taguig City. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the technical guardian of our property assets, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and tenant satisfaction. You will oversee critical building systems including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Safety (MEPFS). Your daily responsibilities will involve conducting regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, managing tenant fit-out projects, and coordinating with external vendors for timely repairs and services. Additionally, you will play a key role in budget preparation and financial reporting related to facility management. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain building utility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular building inspections and preventive maintenance checks to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Manage tenant fit-out projects, ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and design specifications.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs, renovations, and emergency maintenance.
- Ensure strict adherence to building codes, safety standards, and local compliance regulations.
- Prepare and manage the property budget, tracking expenses and generating financial reports.
- Address and resolve tenant concerns regarding building facilities and services promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in property management or facility engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of MEPFS systems and building maintenance protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with tenants and vendors.
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid professional engineer (PE) license is an advantage.
