- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
- Oversee repair and renovation projects ensuring compliance with building codes
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate service contracts
- Prepare detailed maintenance reports and budget recommendations
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly
- Ensure properties meet sustainability and environmental standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years property maintenance or engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of building systems and local regulations
- Certification in property management or HVAC systems preferred
- Proficient in maintenance management software
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to properties
