- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties
- Coordinate with tenants to address concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Monitor property maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed
- Prepare and present property performance reports to management
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize property utilization
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with standards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property management or real estate
- Strong knowledge of local property laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office applications
