Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day property operations to ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, feedback, and maintenance requests promptly.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers to oversee building maintenance, cleaning, and security services.
- Monitor and manage property expenses, ensuring operational costs remain within the approved budget.
- Perform regular site inspections to maintain high standards of building hygiene and aesthetic appeal.
- Prepare and present regular property performance reports for management review.
- Assist in the administration of tenancy agreements, renewal processes, and handover procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in property management, preferably in the commercial sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively handle diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage competing priorities.
- Deep understanding of the local real estate market trends and building regulations.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
