Private Advertiser is currently seeking a dedicated and responsible Property Executive to join our dynamic team in Chinatown, Central Region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day maintenance and operations of our Property’s M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) systems. We are looking for a proactive individual who can ensure that our facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in strict compliance with all relevant local regulations.
As a Property Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical queries and maintenance requests. You will oversee the execution of comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules, coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs, and manage the inventory of critical spare parts. Your keen attention to detail will be crucial in identifying potential issues before they escalate into costly disruptions. We value candidates who can maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all maintenance activities and ensure that the building environment remains comfortable and safe for all occupants. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operations of M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure facility safety and functionality.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external contractors and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, and incidents.
- Monitor building utility consumption and recommend energy-saving initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with local safety regulations and building codes.
- Respond promptly to tenant and management requests regarding building issues.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or higher in Building Services, Engineering, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property management or M&E maintenance operations.
- Strong knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and general facility management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with tenants and vendors.
- Valid Singapore driving license is an added advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or emergencies.
