Kualifikasi
- Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial or retail property management
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's property market and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office applications
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship
