Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring optimal functionality and tenant satisfaction
- Implement and maintain comprehensive fire safety systems and protocols in compliance with Singapore regulations
- Conduct regular fire safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
- Coordinate with contractors and maintenance personnel for property upkeep and safety improvements
- Manage tenant relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring adherence to property rules
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of property operations and fire safety compliance
- Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively, following established protocols
- Stay updated on changes in property management regulations and fire safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, or related field
- Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification or equivalent fire safety qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property management with fire safety responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's Fire Safety Act and related regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to safety protocols
- Proficient in property management software and fire safety systems
- Valid certification in first aid and CPR is an advantage
