Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and schedule comprehensive fire safety inspections for tenanted units
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with SCDF regulations
- Maintain detailed inspection reports and safety documentation
- Coordinate with emergency services for fire drills and training
- Investigate fire safety incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Liaise with tenants regarding fire safety protocols and requirements
- Monitor fire safety equipment and systems maintenance
- Stay updated on evolving fire safety legislation and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Property Management, Fire Safety Engineering or related field
- Valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification from SCDF
- Minimum 2 years' experience in property or fire safety management
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's fire safety regulations (BS 9999, FSS Act)
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Certification in first aid/CPR is advantageous
