Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations and maintenance of commercial/residential properties
- Coordinate vendor contracts and oversee service quality delivery
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs
- Handle tenant relations and resolve facility-related concerns
- Monitor property budgets and financial performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Conduct regular property inspections and risk assessments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' property/facility management experience
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance protocols
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Valid certification in Facility Management (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
