Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end commercial property leasing processes from prospecting to contract execution
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to attract qualified tenants
- Conduct property viewings and present leasing opportunities to potential clients
- Prepare and negotiate lease agreements ensuring optimal terms for both parties
- Maintain accurate tenant records and lease documentation in CRM systems
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform pricing strategies
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial property leasing or sales
- Proven track record in tenant acquisition and lease negotiations
- Strong knowledge of Metro Manila commercial real estate market
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid real estate salesperson license (preferred)
