Tanggung Jawab
- Source and acquire premium property inventory including villas and land for sale/rent in prime Bali locations
- Create compelling property listings with professional photography, detailed descriptions, and accurate pricing
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms and industry networks
- Conduct property viewings, document features, and maintain comprehensive listing databases
- Collaborate with property owners to understand investment objectives and negotiate listing terms
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Track listing performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum visibility
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in real estate listing, property sourcing, or related sales/marketing role
- Deep knowledge of Bali's property market, zoning regulations, and investment trends
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency with property listing platforms (e.g., PropertyGuru, Rumah123) and digital marketing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Valid Indonesian work permit (for non-residents)
