Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems across commercial properties.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure prompt repairs and high-quality maintenance service delivery.
- Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
- Manage technical documentation, maintenance logs, and asset registers to ensure long-term equipment reliability.
- Respond proactively to tenant feedback and resolve technical issues within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Support energy management initiatives to optimize building utility consumption and reduce carbon footprint.
- Assist in the preparation of maintenance budgets and capital expenditure reports for building improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Facility Management.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in managing M&E systems within commercial or mixed-use developments.
- Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and fire protection systems.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to facility maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional MNC team.
- Strong communication skills to interface with stakeholders, contractors, and tenants.
