- Conduct comprehensive operational and engineering audits of commercial high-rise buildings
- Analyze HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems for compliance and efficiency
- Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for improvement
- Monitor building performance metrics and implement corrective action plans
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with property management teams to optimize operational workflows
- Develop preventive maintenance strategies to extend asset lifespan
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Facilities Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience in property management or building engineering audits
- Proficiency in building automation systems (BAS) and energy management software
- Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or Engineering Audit preferred
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Building Code and Fire Safety Code
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written communication and technical reporting skills
