- Manage daily property operations including leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention rates
- Oversee maintenance teams ensuring timely resolution of repair requests and preventive maintenance programs
- Prepare comprehensive property performance reports including occupancy metrics and financial analysis
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and lease renewals with professionalism and empathy
- Ensure strict compliance with local real estate laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve property optimization goals
- Monitor property budgets and expense controls while identifying cost-saving opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive property management experience in residential or commercial settings
- Proven track record in team leadership and vendor relationship management
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and expense management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid PRC license (if applicable) or willingness to obtain required certifications
- Knowledge of Metro Manila real estate market dynamics and regulatory requirements
