Office Beacon is seeking a highly organized and professional Property Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our tenants, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our properties, acting as a virtual assistant to ensure seamless operations.

Your core duties will include managing tenant communications, coordinating maintenance requests with contractors, and ensuring timely rent collection. You will also be tasked with preparing detailed monthly reports regarding occupancy, financials, and property conditions. We are looking for an individual who can confidently handle the complexities of property administration while maintaining a welcoming environment for our residents.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Act as the primary liaison for all tenant communications, responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Coordinate and oversee all maintenance requests, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and within budget.
  • Manage the rent collection process, including invoicing and follow-ups on outstanding payments.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are maintained and safety protocols are followed.
  • Prepare and submit monthly occupancy and financial reports to management.
  • Enforce property rules and regulations to ensure a harmonious living or working environment.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in property management or real estate administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license is a plus.
