- Manage end-to-end reservation processes for short-term rental properties using specialized booking systems
- Coordinate guest communications across all touchpoints from booking inquiry to post-stay follow-up
- Oversee property readiness through coordination with maintenance and cleaning teams
- Implement guest satisfaction protocols including personalized welcome experiences and issue resolution
- Monitor performance metrics and occupancy rates to optimize revenue generation
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance property listings and promotional campaigns
- Maintain accurate documentation of guest interactions and property incidents
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in short-term rental management or hospitality operations
- Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb, VRBO platforms)
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Tagalog
- Strong problem-solving abilities with conflict resolution experience
- Detail-oriented organizational skills for managing multiple properties simultaneously
- Customer service mindset with ability to anticipate guest needs
- Basic understanding of property maintenance protocols and vendor management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
