Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day property operations including general administration, accounting, engineering, and customer service
- Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with property services
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for property upkeep and facility management
- Supervise property staff, including security, administrative, and maintenance personnel
- Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
- Implement property policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Monitor property performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate marketing and leasing activities to maintain optimal occupancy rates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in property management or real estate operations
- Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget preparation and management
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications
