Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the residential complex to ensure high-quality standards.
- Manage the property management office, including supervising staff, delegating tasks, and conducting performance reviews.
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with local laws, building regulations, Filinvest policies, and community by-laws.
- Prepare and manage the annual operating budget, including utilities, repairs, and supplies.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, amenities, and facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance, renovation, and landscaping works.
- Foster a positive community atmosphere by organizing events and engaging with residents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management, preferably within a high-end residential setting.
- Proven track record of managing facilities, handling resident relations, and enforcing rules effectively.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and property management software.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules or be available for emergencies as required.
