Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily property operations including maintenance, security, and vendor management
- Manage tenant relations, lease agreements, and occupancy rates
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and expense tracking for assigned properties
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and property standards
- Coordinate property marketing, viewings, and tenant onboarding processes
- Conduct regular property inspections and implement improvement initiatives
- Lead property staff and foster a collaborative work environment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of property management experience in Metro Manila
- Strong knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio)
- Financial acumen with budgeting and expense management experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation preferred
