In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of our property portfolio, ensuring that both the structural integrity and the tenant experience meet the highest standards.
This hybrid position offers the opportunity to oversee day-to-day operations, including tenant relations, lease administration, and facility maintenance. You will act as the primary point of contact for residents while coordinating with technical teams to address engineering needs, renovations, and compliance issues. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily property operations, tenant relations, and lease management.
- Conduct regular structural inspections and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and fire safety standards.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, including operational expenses and maintenance costs.
- Coordinate with contractors and engineers for renovations and repairs.
- Handle tenant inquiries, resolve conflicts, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Manage property documentation, including contracts and reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management or facility management.
- Strong working knowledge of construction materials, blueprints, and building systems.
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and conduct engineering assessments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using property management software and MS Office applications.
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license (if applicable) is a plus.
