Bestoption Management Consultants Inc is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager with a Civil Engineering background to oversee the operations and maintenance of our properties. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all property-related matters, ensuring the physical integrity of the buildings while fostering a positive environment for tenants. You will utilize your engineering expertise to manage complex facility issues, coordinate with vendors, and ensure that all operations align with our company standards.
This full-time position offers the chance to lead a diverse team and manage a portfolio of real estate assets. You will be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day management of the property, balancing technical requirements with excellent customer service.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the property, ensuring all civil engineering and structural systems are in optimal condition.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and repair requirements.
- Manage tenant relations, including lease negotiations, rent collection, lease renewals, and addressing tenant complaints.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff to execute repairs, renovations, and landscaping projects.
- Prepare and manage the annual property budget, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Generate and present monthly performance reports and financial summaries to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in property management, facility management, or engineering supervision.
- Strong technical knowledge of building structures, HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and plumbing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and resolve conflicts.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license is a significant advantage.
