In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary liaison between the Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and stakeholders, ensuring the smooth operations, maintenance, and compliance of premium strata-titled properties.

You will play a critical role in advising the Management Corporation on all matters related to the property's affairs, from contractual maintenance to proactive fire safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Advise the Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) on daily affairs and long-term strategic property maintenance.
- Enforce house rules and by-laws to maintain high living standards within the property.
- Lead and supervise onsite building maintenance teams and outsourced contractors to ensure high performance and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections and manage preventative maintenance schedules.
- Act as the appointed Fire Safety Manager (FSM) to ensure full compliance with SCDF regulations and local building fire codes.
- Coordinate and manage Annual Fire Safety Audits and regular fire drill exercises for building occupants.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings at Management Council meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Property/Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field.
- Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM) by the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in managing strata-titled residential or commercial properties.
- Strong working knowledge of the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA).
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, council members, and senior management.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and property management software.
