Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the high-rise condominium property.
- Supervise and mentor on-site personnel, including maintenance, security, and janitorial staff to ensure peak performance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to preserve asset value and ensure building longevity.
- Manage the property budget, monitor expenses, and ensure the timely collection of association dues.
- Serve as the primary liaison for residents, handling inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution with professionalism.
- Ensure full compliance with local government regulations, safety codes, and building policies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and property assessments for executive management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management, specifically within high-rise residential or commercial environments.
- Solid understanding of the Condominium Act of the Philippines (RA 4726) and related property laws.
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours as required by property operations.
