Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive property management strategies for an overseas asset portfolio.
- Oversee end-to-end operational workflows, including maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements.
- Ensure full compliance with international real estate laws, local regulations, and safety standards.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor performance of onsite property teams to ensure service excellence.
- Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and procurement processes to optimize operational costs.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare detailed budget reports, and drive revenue growth initiatives.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain high-quality property standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, investors, and high-net-worth clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with previous exposure to international or multi-site portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of property lifecycle management, facility operations, and asset valuation.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing remote or onsite teams.
- Proficiency in property management software and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
- Willingness to travel periodically as required by the property portfolio needs.
