We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Marketing Supervisor to lead our marketing efforts in Batam. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, mentoring a team of marketing professionals, and driving sales performance through strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate marketing and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
Your primary focus will be on developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. You will guide your team through daily operations, ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment. Additionally, you will conduct market research to identify new opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to boost our brand presence in the competitive Batam market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote property listings and increase sales volume.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with sales and design teams to create compelling property presentations.
- Manage follow-up processes to convert leads into clients effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property marketing or real estate sales.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the real estate industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and sales reports.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).
- Valid driving license is preferred.
