- Conduct daily property inspections to ensure maintenance standards and safety compliance
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with contractors and internal teams
- Manage tenant relations including inquiries, complaints, and lease documentation
- Monitor property security systems and implement access control protocols
- Prepare property inspection reports and maintenance documentation
- Oversee common area cleanliness and amenities functionality
- Assist in property valuation assessments and market analysis
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Property Management, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' property management experience
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's property regulations (RELA, URA)
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., MRI, Yardi)
- Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid Singapore driver's license for site visits
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
