Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage and coordinate with external contractors, service providers, and vendors for facility maintenance and repairs.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure assets are maintained in pristine condition and report findings to management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor and control operational budgets, including utility management and procurement of services.
  • Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly operational reports for senior management.
  • Support the leasing and administrative team in property administrative tasks and documentation.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property, facilities, or building operations management.
  • Strong understanding of local building maintenance standards and relevant property legislation in Malaysia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for operational detail.
