Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed property acquisition targets as set by management.
- Actively scout and identify potential new buildings for project expansion.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with property owners and building management.
- Provide operational support to ensure successful new live building deployments.
- Negotiate partnership terms, contracts, and service agreements effectively.
- Prepare regular reports on outreach progress and market potential for the management team.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align property acquisition with operational capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Marketing or Communication.
- Proven experience in property management, sales, or business development preferred.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field across the Padang area.
- Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting performance benchmarks.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
