Tanggung Jawab
- Handle and follow up on all incoming leads in accordance with company SOPs
- Provide detailed information about available properties to potential clients
- Recommend suitable units based on client needs, preferences, and budget
- Conduct property viewings and present features, benefits, and investment potential
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate additional leads
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new property listings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in property sales or real estate (1-3 years preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Knowledge of Jakarta property market and regulations
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Target-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
