- Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Conduct professional property viewings and engaging presentations to prospective clients.
- Advise clients on suitable property options, investment potential, and market trends in Batu Pahat and surrounding areas.
- Negotiate sales terms and agreements, ensuring a smooth and successful closing process.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest property market developments, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
