- Identify and approach potential clients interested in exclusive real estate properties in Bali.
- Showcase properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate terms and prices to successfully close sales deals.
- Manage and follow up on leads to ensure high conversion rates.
- Coordinate property viewings and schedule appointments with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on market trends and property values to provide expert advice.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in real estate sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work effectively within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
- Valid identification card (KTP/SIM) and ready to work full-time.
