- Oversee daily property operations including maintenance, security, and administrative functions
- Manage tenant relations through regular communication, conflict resolution, and community engagement
- Coordinate maintenance schedules, supervise contractors, and ensure timely completion of repairs
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, compliance checks, and emergency response procedures
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and operational improvements
- Prepare comprehensive reports on property status, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction metrics
- Supervise property staff, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to company standards
- Manage property budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships effectively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years in property supervision or facilities management role
- Strong knowledge of property regulations, safety standards, and local bylaws
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, contractors, and maintenance operations
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (for site inspections)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends for emergency situations
