Accesstech Engineering is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Engineer to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a professional with solid M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) construction experience to assist in the preparation and submission of winning bids.
In this role, you will be instrumental in the pre-contract phase, working closely with project managers and technical teams to develop compelling proposals. You will translate complex technical data into clear, persuasive documentation that meets client requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, including cost estimates and project timelines.
- Conduct site surveys and gather necessary data to support tender submissions.
- Analyze tender documents and specifications to ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and prepare project scope summaries.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including engineering, finance, and sales, to ensure proposal accuracy.
- Revise and update existing proposal templates and standard documents.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in proposal management within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of M&E construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
