Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards
- Implement and maintain quality control systems and documentation
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment calibration and operational readiness
- Develop process documentation, SOPs, and quality reports
- Train production staff on quality standards and process protocols
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing process control
- Proficiency in quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation capabilities
- Familiarity with production monitoring software and tools
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
