Join Daikin Indonesia as a Proshop Sales Designer and become a key player in shaping architectural and interior design landscapes across Indonesia. In this dynamic role, you'll leverage your expertise in building lasting relationships with architects, interior designers, and construction professionals to drive adoption of Daikin's innovative HVAC solutions. You'll be the technical ambassador for our premium products, providing expert guidance on system integration, energy efficiency, and design aesthetics. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with architects, interior designers, and key decision-makers in the construction industry
- Present Daikin's product portfolio with technical specifications and design applications to professional clients
- Conduct on-site consultations to provide customized HVAC solutions that align with design visions
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in the proshop channel
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in HVAC and design
- Organize product demonstrations and training sessions for design professionals
- Prepare detailed proposals and technical documentation for client projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, product design, or B2B client relationship management
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, building materials, and construction processes
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
- Proven track record in building and maintaining professional networks within the design industry
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp) and Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin is a plus
