This program is designed to provide fresh graduates with hands-on exposure to company secretarial practices, corporate compliance, and boardroom administrative support.
As part of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our business operations adhere to regulatory requirements under the Companies Act 2016. You will work closely with experienced company secretaries to manage statutory records, prepare board meeting documentation, and facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies like SSM.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of board and committee meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
- Maintain and update statutory registers and records in compliance with the Companies Act 2016.
- Handle filing requirements with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) via the MyCoID portal.
- Support the team in drafting corporate announcements and circulars for stakeholders.
- Manage electronic and physical filing systems to ensure document integrity and accessibility.
- Coordinate administrative tasks for corporate secretarial engagements and client advisory projects.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in regulatory guidelines and corporate governance best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Recent graduates (fresh graduates) are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate professional integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of management.
