As a Protégé in our Executive Project team, you will be immersed in the day-to-day operations of construction management. We are looking for individuals who are not only technically sound but also passionate about project success. You will work alongside senior project managers to handle critical tasks related to cost control, contract administration, and project planning. This program is your stepping stone to becoming a seasoned professional in the built environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of monthly progress claims and interim payment applications.
- Monitor project costs and budgets, identifying variances and recommending cost-saving measures.
- Conduct site visits to verify work progress and gather data for accurate quantity take-offs.
- Review and process subcontractor invoices and variations, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, correspondence, and reports.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve queries and facilitate project flow.
- Assist in the preparation of final accounts and project close-out reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Quantity Surveying principles and construction management.
- Familiarity with Malaysian construction standards and industry best practices.
- Proficient in using QS software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and grow within the organization.
