Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and strengthen relationships with Maxicare's network of physicians and healthcare providers
- Act as primary point of contact for provider inquiries, concerns, and contractual negotiations
- Conduct regular provider meetings and site visits to maintain engagement and gather feedback
- Resolve provider disputes and operational issues through collaborative problem-solving
- Monitor provider performance metrics and compliance with healthcare standards
- Develop and implement provider relations strategies to enhance network quality
- Facilitate communication between providers and internal departments (claims, operations)
- Participate in provider onboarding and orientation processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in provider relations or healthcare operations
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with physician networks
- Proficiency in healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with provider contract management and performance metrics
- Proficient in CRM software and healthcare management systems
- Based in Cebu with willingness for occasional regional travel
