Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial operations and accounting functions of the provincial government
- Develop and implement fiscal policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Manage the provincial treasury, including cash management and investment of public funds
- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and fiscal forecasts to provincial leadership
- Ensure compliance with government accounting standards, auditing requirements, and financial regulations
- Lead and manage the treasury department, providing guidance and professional development to staff
- Coordinate with other provincial departments on budget planning and financial matters
- Represent the provincial government in financial matters with external stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in government finance, treasury management, or public accounting
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated experience in financial management, budgeting, and fiscal planning
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a government setting
- Knowledge of Philippine government accounting standards and financial regulations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Integrity and commitment to ethical financial practices and public service
