- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized financial planning
- Provide expert advice on insurance products and superannuation schemes
- Consistently achieve sales targets and performance KPIs

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Valid insurance and financial advisory certifications (e.g., LOM, RFP preferred)
- Proven track record in sales or client relationship management
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in team settings
