Are you a dedicated Psychologist passionate about making a transformative impact on the lives of students with special needs? APSN Education Services is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Psychologist to join our team at APSN Tanglin School in Ang Mo Kio.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the educational and developmental journey of our students. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality psychological services, conducting comprehensive assessments and designing evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique profiles of our learners. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive psychological, cognitive, and adaptive behavior assessments for students with diverse needs.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans that align with educational and developmental goals.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, allied health professionals, and parents to support students' holistic well-being.
- Provide clinical consultation to school staff regarding behavioral strategies and classroom management techniques.
- Facilitate workshops or training sessions for staff and caregivers on supporting neurodiverse learners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date psychological records in accordance with professional and organizational standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress and refine support strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Educational, Clinical, or Developmental Psychology from a recognized university.
- Registration with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) or eligibility for registration is preferred.
- Relevant experience working with children or adolescents with special educational needs (SEN).
- Strong knowledge of standardized assessment tools and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to write professional, concise, and actionable clinical reports.
- Passion for special education and a commitment to inclusive practices.
