Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients with complex medical conditions
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans including psychotherapy, counseling, and behavioral interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to integrate psychological care with medical treatments
- Provide consultation services to medical staff regarding psychological aspects of patient care
- Document clinical progress and maintain accurate patient records according to healthcare standards
- Contribute to departmental research initiatives and quality improvement projects
- Participate in continuous professional development and training programs
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
- Registration with the Singapore Psychological Society or equivalent licensing body
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in healthcare setting
- Experience with psychological assessment tools and therapeutic interventions
- Strong communication skills for effective interdisciplinary collaboration
- Ability to work with diverse patient populations in medical contexts
- Knowledge of ethical guidelines and healthcare regulations
